After Schrems II, can I still transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area?

No grace period after Schrems II invalidates EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. What is the impact for businesses? This webinar will provide a summary of the facts and legal aspects about the Schrems II case. Panelists from both sides of the Atlantic will talk about their views and guide us through the consequences of the case on international transfers of personal data. Our panelists will discuss solutions and present doubts about the ruling. Join us to learn more about how to organize transfers of personal data to the U.S. and other non-EU countries not benefitting from an adequacy decision.
