Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy Etienne Schneider will attend the Space Enterprise Summit in Washington, D.C., on 26-27 June.
Minister Schneider was invited to speak at the Space Enterprise Summit by by US Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, and US Secretary of Commerce, Wilbur Ross. Minister Schneider will participate in a panel on new policies and perspectives for collaboration with the goal to develop a sustainable space economy with Wayne Monteith, FAA Associate Administrator for Commercial Space Transportation, Sylvain Laporte, President, Canadian Space Agency and Koichi Wakata, JAXA Vice President, Director General, Human Spaceflight Technology.
